At Dealintax, we strive to deliver high-quality services and are committed to client satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before engaging our services.

Non-Refundable Services

Once work has commenced on your application (documents submitted, forms prepared, or government portal filings initiated), fees are non-refundable. This includes government fees paid on your behalf, which are non-recoverable by nature.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

  • Service Not Started: If you request a cancellation before we have commenced work, you are eligible for a 100% refund of our professional fee (government fees already paid are non-refundable)
  • Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged twice for the same service due to a technical error, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Service Delivery Failure: In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver a service due to a reason entirely within our control, we will issue a full refund of our professional fee

Refund Process

To request a refund, email us at hello@dealintax.com with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Rejection of Application by Government

If a government application is rejected due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., objections based on client’s provided information), our professional fee is not refundable. We will, however, assist with re-filing at a reduced cost.
